How do I use Cookooo recipe search?
Searching for recipes with Cookooo is easy – enter "meat pie" and you'll get meat pie recipes, type "breakfast" and you'll get dozens of great breakfast ideas, type "cheese cake" and... got the idea, right?
Cookooo allows a couple of simple and efficient ways to focus your search, you can:
- Limit the search to a category of sites, such as "Vegetarian" or "Gluten-free" - choose a category in the recipe search form.
- Use any search operator supported by Google, such as double quotes to find exact matches.
I'm clicking links in the results page and nothing happens, why?
In some Internet Explorer versions strict security definitions prevent opening result links. You can either:
1. Hold the Shift button while clicking the link. The recipe page will open in a new window. Or
2. Change the security definitions. Go to Tools->Internet Options. Under Security open Custom Level, and under Miscellaneous->Navigate sub-frames across different domains mark Enable.
What has it got to do with Google?
Cookooo uses Google technology that allows creating custom search engines. Behind the scenes, Cookooo uses Google's search technology and fine-tunes it specifically for recipe searches, providing fast and accurate recipe search.
